Note: Online tenders are invited on behalf of NTPC Ltd., from interested parties for the above

procurement case.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

The bidder has to meet the following given Technical and Financial Criterion for validation of their

bid.

Technical Criteria

1.0 The bidder should be a manufacturer of PC/Laptop Based VR Headset or Standalone VR

Headset.

The bidder should be a Dealer / Channel Partner/System Integrator of the above as on the date of

technical bid opening. Such bidder should be duly authorized by the OEM for this tender

2.0 The Bidder should have successfully executed any one of the following similar jobs

during preceding 07 years as on date of techno commercial bid opening:

One Work of value not less than Rs. 199/- Lakhs (Rupees One Hundred Ninety Nine lakhs only)

Two works of value not less than Rs. 125/- Lakhs (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Five Lakhs

only) each

Three works of value not less than of Rs. 100/- Lakh (Rupees One Hundred Lakhs only) each

Note:

2.1 Similar Jobs means supply and installation of “Audio - Video systems which includes

supply and installation of minimum 01 no of professional grade VR device having

positional tracking sensor and having controller with 6DOF (Degrees of Freedom) in

the scope of work”

2.2 The word “executed” mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the

criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not

completed/closed. However, work executed should include the supply and installation of

“minimum 01 no of professional grade VR devices having positional tracking sensor and

having controller with 6DOF (Degrees of Freedom)” as on the date of Techno-Commercial

bid opening.

2.3 In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of techno-

commercial bid opening as certified by the Client shall be considered. However, work executed

should include the supply and installation of “minimum 01 no of professional grade

VR devices having positional tracking sensor and having controller with 6DOF (Degrees of

Freedom)” as per client certificate.

Financial Criteria

3.0 :The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the

date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs. 249 lakh (Rupees Two

Hundred Fourty Nine Lakhs only).

Note:

3.1 While computing the turnover, other income shall not be considered.

3.2 In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available,

certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered

acceptable.

3.3 In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant

certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years

preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in

the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on the

date of techno commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing Chartered Account

certifying the financial parameters is not available
