financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a
Certificate would be required from the CEO / CFO as per the format enclosed in the
bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on
the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing
Chartered Account certifying the financial parameters is not available.
The bidder should have GSTIN number issued by concerned authorities.
14.0 The credentials of the bidder shall only be considered. In case, the bidder is a manufacturer, the
credential of the manufacturer shall be considered & if the bidder is an authorised dealer /
distributor, the credentials of dealer shall be considered.
15.0 The qualification status shall be examined by NTECL during the process of evaluation and the
decision of NTECL in this regard shall be final.
16.0 For fulfilling the Qualifying Requirements, intending bidder shall be required to submit the
following documents along with their bid ( duly attested by authorized signatory of the tenderer )
:
a) Income Tax Assessment order / Up to date copy of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
of last three financial years ending 31

March 2020 duly audited by Chartered Accountant.
b) Copies of Work Orders / Award Letters / Purchase orders covering awarded value, detailed
scope of supply/ terms and conditions / bill of quantities along with proof of execution /
completion certificate as per above Qualifying Requirement. The bidder shall also provide the
reference list of the organizations with contact address, email and phone nos. etc.
c) Copy of registration with Central Govt./State Govt./Public Sector Undertaking if any
applicable.
d) Copy of Registered Address as per GST, State, Provisional GST ID, GST ARN No, GST No,
PAN card and TIN No Details.
17.0 NIL DEVIATION: No deviation, whatsoever, is permitted by EMPLOYER to any provision
of Bidding Documents. The Bidders are advised that while making their Bids and quoting
prices, all conditions are appropriately taken into consideration. Bidders shall certify their
compliance to the complete Bidding Documents as per Certificate at Annexure-05 of
Annexures by accepting the following General Technical Evaluation (GTE) of the Tender:
“Do you certify full compliance to all provisions of Bid Doc?”
In case the Products and/or Services offered do not meet the Technical requirements, the bid
shall be rejected as Technically non-responsive.
Bidders may note that in case the Bidder refuses to withdraw additional
conditions/deviations/variations/exception, implicit or explicit, found anywhere in the
techno-commercial bid, the bid shall be rejected as Technically non-responsive.
Bidders may also note that any deviation / variation in any form in the Price Bid shall result
in forfeiture of EMD.
18.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTECL reserves the right to assess bidder’s capability
and capacity to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the
overall interest of NTECL and decision of NTECL in this regard shall be final.
