ASH UTILIZATION DEPARTMENT
CIRCULAR

In accordance with NTPC Ash Utilization policy, it is being declared that approximately
80,000 – 1,20,000 MT Fly Ash shall be available for sale (EOI). The terms and
conditions shall be as follows: -
1. The party has to submit expression of interest for lifting of minimum ash quantity
5000 MT.
2. Sale of Fly Ash shall be @ Rs.140/- plus GST per MT as derived from last bidding
process.
3. The party has to submit Contract Performance Bank Guarantee @ 5% of total
value of allocated quantity & one-month advance before commencement of lifting
ash.
4. The sale of Fly Ash shall be on first come first service basis, however actual
allocated quantity shall be decided on 28.09.2020 by NTPC Limited, Khargone.
5. The contract can be terminated any time without assigning any reason as per
discretion of NTPC Limited, Khargone.
6. EOI window shall open on 23.09.2020 at 10:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM on the
same day. Interested parties have to submit EOI with required quantity of ash
either through e-mail to the mail ID ntpckgnashmanagement@gmail.com (with
read receipt enabled) or by entering details in a register kept at Ash Utilization
Department in Construction Office, B Block on 23.09.2020 during the EOI window.
Applications outside the above EOI window will not be accepted.
