as per rate and terms & conditions given below:

5. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Expression of interest is invited in sealed envelopes for subject work in following manner.

- Expression of interest should be submitted in sealed envelope duly superscribing the above

Expression of interest (EOI) number and name of the vendor.

- The Envelope should contain Expression of interest duly filled and signed by the vendor.

6.All interested & eligible vendors may express their interest and submit their consent.

7. Preference will be given to Individual PAP’s or registered cooperatives.

8.100% PAP’s workforce will be ensured for these works.

9.All legal and HR requirement will be ensured for these works in letter and spirit.

10. Last date of submission of “Expression of interest” is 12.10.2020.

11. Amongst the interested vendors, the work shall be allotted through lottery system with

intimation to vendors. The date of draw of lottery shall be intimated to all eligible vendors well

in advance.

12.BRBCL reserves the right to accept or reject any/all offers without assigning any reasons

whatsoever.

14. Undertaking of vendors:
