1.0 NTPC Limited (NTPC), Shared Services Center – WR-II, Sipat invites bids Single Stage
Two Envelope bidding basis (Envelope-I: Techno- Commercial Bid & Envelope-II: Price Bid)
from eligible bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly
mentioned hereinafter.
2.0 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes 1. DEPLOYMENT AND OPERATION OF CHLORINE
DI OXIDE GENERATOR FOR COOLING WATER TREATMENT AND
MONITORING OF COOLING WATER PARAMETERS FOR ONE YEAR
ON RENTAL BASIS, FOR NTPC SIPAT.
2. SUPPLY (ON RENTAL BASIS) & OPERATION OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE
GENERATOR (IN-SITU) SYSTEM FOR PT PLANT, FOR NTPC
KHARGONE.
with all miscellaneous items required to complete the facility covering
all the activities and services in respect of all the equipment & works specified and
covered under detailed bidding documents. Detailed scope of work has been
specified in the bidding documents.
3.0 NTPC intends to finance subject Package through Domestic Commercial
Borrowings/Own sources.
4.0 Detailed Specification, Scope of Work and Terms & Conditions are given in the
Bidding Documents, which are available for examination and Sale at our
eProcurement Portal (https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app) and as per the

Micro & small enterprises
BENEFIT in Award & EMD
Applicable as per cl 31 of ITB.
Bidders are requested to submit the Udyam
Registration Certificate for MSE (Micro and Small
Enterprises) Benefits through GePNIC
online portal.
The bidders, who wish to submit valid MSE
registration documents, other than Udyam
Registration Certificate, as a proof of being a MSE,
shall submit a certificate by a Practicing
Chartered Accountant, for investment in plant &
machinery/equipment, audited turnover and
classification of the bidder as MSME as per MSME
Notification S.O. 2119 (E) dated 26
th
June 2020, in
the format appended along with NIT at Annexure-
A1.
If bidders submitted the MSE registration
documents, other than Udyam Registration
Certificate and fail to submit a signed certificate
by a Practicing Chartered Accountant, for
investment in plant & machinery/equipment,
audited turnover and classification of the bidder
as MSME as per MSME Notification S.O. 2119
(E) dated 26th June 2020, in the format
appended at Annexure-A1 to NIT, then their MSE
certificate will not be considered as valid MSE
certificate.
Note : Please upload only the attested/Self Certified/digitally
signed copy of MSE certificate in GEPNIC Portal.

As per Provision of bidding Documents , the bidders shall submit online, Techno-
Commercial Proposal in Cover Type Technical and "Price Proposal" in Cover Type
Price(in excel file) , within the bid submission date & time as mentioned above on e-
tendering portal https://eprocurentpc.nic.in. Only Technical Bid will be opened as
date mentioned in GePNIC.

Corrigendum, if any, shall be done at our eProcurement Portal
(https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app) only.
No Queries from Bidders, whatsoever, shall be entertained by the Employer
beyond the last date of receipt of Queries as specified above.
4.21
All bids must be accompanied by Tender fee & Bid Security for in the form as
stipulated in the Bidding documents.
The bidders are requested to submit tender fee & bid security (other than BG) by NEFT
/RTGS/ Net-Banking only through GePNIC online portal.
EMD in the form of BG is to be submitted in sealed envelope in Physical
Form/Offline within the scheduled period at following address:

valid for a period of Forty five (45) days beyond the original Bid validity period or
beyond any extension in the Period of Bid validity subsequently requested i.e. for a
period of 225 days in case of bid validity for 180 days from the date of opening of the
tender and for a period of 135 days in case of bid validity for 90 days from the date
of opening of Techno-commercial offer.
