Part (A) QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT:
1.0 The Bidder should be a manufacturer of Air Compressor and should have supplied oil free reciprocating air compressor of
minimum capacity of 450 m3/hr or more at rated discharge pressure of minimum 8 kg/cm2 or more and associated
electrical & instrumentation system.
2.0 The compressor should have been in successful operation for at least (02) years during the last 07 years, ending last day
of the month previous to the date of NIT.
3.0 The bidder should the above order(s) as specified at 1.0 during the last (07) years ending last day of the month
previous to the date of NIT having minimum contract value as indicated below: -
a) One order value not less than Rs. 69.27 lakhs.
OR
b) Two orders value not less than Rs. 43.30 lakhs.
OR
c) Three orders value not less than Rs. 34.64 lakhs.
4.0 The Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) completed financial years ending with
financial year 2018-19, should not be less than Rs. 86.59 lakh.

PART (B) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Eligible bidders may submit their bid as per following procedure:
Tender fee & EMD, if applicable to be submitted by the bidder separately.
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of Kanti Bijlee Utpadan Nigam Ltd. payable at SBI, TPS, Kanti
Thermal, Muzaffarpur Bihar (code 7033).
Complete bid to be submitted within prescribed time as indicated in bid document.
The General Purchase Condition of KBUNLwill be the integral part of the tender document.
The documents are required to be submitted in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements, as mentioned
above apart from those Specified in Bid documents:
Documentary evidence in support of meeting the qualifying requirements stipulated above which inter alia
should include experience of execution of works as specified in QR with self-certified and stamped copies of
Work Orders/ Award Letters, certificate stating that the work order given in support of qualifying
requirements has been completed or completion certificate or proof of execution of awarded work.
Latest audited annual report, Proof of Turnover/Balance Sheet duly certified by practicing Chartered
Accountant.
Copy of valid PAN &GSTIN registration certificate.
Notwithstanding anything stated above, KBUNL reserves the right to assess the bidder’s capability and
capacity to perform the contract/order, should the circumstances warrant such an assessment in the overall
interest of KBUNL and the decision of KBUNL in this regard shall be final and binding.
