TENDER NOTICE (Expression of Interest)

Bids are invited by BTPS Barauni from All the Agencies residing nearby having GST registration/ Any

kin of Old PAFs willing (of BSPGCL times) with documentary proof / Nearby unemployed person

capable of deployment of vehicles by their own or financing loans through Bank & obtaining GST

registration, for the Fixation of rates for “Fixation of PDR Rates for Deployment of vehicle along with

driver on hiring basis at NTPC Barauni”.

Any desirous bidder(s) from above criteria, can request issue of Tender Documents free of cost from

the O/O DGM(C&M), NTPC Barauni from 04.08.2020 11 Hrs to 17.08.2020 16:00 Hrs on any working

day through email on email_id: knsingh@ntpc.co.in. A new bidder having GST registration can submit

their request for issue of tender document with EFT issued by bank with cancelled cheque, GST copy,

PAN copy, Aadhaar copy.

1) For details: Please refer our NIT No. 01/C&M/PDR3/Barauni/2020-21

2) Interested Party has to submit EMD @ Rs20, 000/- (for each category of vehicles quoted) in form

of DD.

3) No. of deployment of vehicles by any party will be restricted to maximum 02 (Two) nos each

category of vehicles quoted on turn basis. (I.e. in

1st

round only one vehicle of each type quoted

will be deployed by the party on turn basis and in next round the party may be given opportunity

to deploy second vehicle.

4) The deployment of vehicle will be done only as per requirement by NTPC Barauni, as per the

rates, terms and conditions after fixation of PDR.

5) The priority list of vendors will be as per the Terms and conditions of the NIT.
