3.0 Qualifying Requirements:
Completion Period: 06 months
1.0 Technical Criteria:
a. The Bidder should be a “manufacturer” or “their authorized representative in India”
for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Degassed Cation Conductivity
Analyzer.
b. At least one (01) complete set of offered model of Degassed Cation Conductivity
Analyzer should have been installed, commissioned and completed satisfactory
operation of at least 01 year as on Bid Opening Date.
c. The bidder should have executed the supply of Degassed Cation Conductivity
Analyzers / Steam & Water Analysis System( SWAS ) analyzer(s) / Steam & Water
Analysis System( SWAS ) Package in thermal power plant of 200 MW or above
during last 7 (seven) years prior to the date of techno- commercial bid opening, as
any one of the following:
(i) Single order of value not less than Rs 96 Lakh
OR
(ii) Two orders of value not less than Rs 60 Lakh each.
OR
(iii) Three orders of value not less than Rs. 48 Lakh each.
Notes for Clause 1.0 above:
1. The word “executed” means the Bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in
the qualifying requirements even if the contract has been started earlier and/or is not
completed/ closed.
2. Reference work executed by a bidder as a sub-contractor may also be considered
provided the certificate issued by main contractor is duly certified by Project Authority
specifying the scope of work executed by the sub-contractor in support of Qualifying
Requirements.
2. Financial Criteria:
2.1 Financial Criteria of the bidder
The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on
the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs.120 Lakh (Rupees
One crore twenty Lakh Only).
NOTES FOR CLAUSE 2.0 :
a. In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno
commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a
practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is
not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its
financial parameters, the audited results for the three consecutive financial years
preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters.
b. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
c. For Turnover indicated in foreign currency, the exchange rate as on seven (07) days
prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening shall be used.
4.0 Brief scope of Supply:

Bidders are requested to refer detailed technical specification in our tender documents.
“Bidders are requested to refer detailed technical specification of the item (s). In case of any
Contradiction between short text of item(s) and complete technical specification of the
item(s), ONLY COMPLETE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF THAT ITEM SHOULD BE
CONSIDERED FOR THE SUBMISSION OF OFFER AND SAME SHALL BE CONSIDERED FOR
EVALUATION PURPOSE AT OUR END."
5.0 A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested bidder
directly through our NTPC e-procurement portal https://eprocurentpc.nic.in
6.0 Tender documents are non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender
documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original
bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.
7.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is
considered qualified.
8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for
bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder
shall have any claim arising out of such action.
9.0 First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least
three working days prior to document sale close date.
