3.0 EMD shall be submitted online. MSME registered vendor shall send their MSME
certificate through email to rajivakumar@ntpc.co.in by 21.07.2020, 15:00 for EMD
exemption.
4.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the invitation for
bids/IFB without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending
bidder shall have claim arising out of such action.
For logging on to the GePNIC Site, the bidder would require user id and password which
can be obtained after bidder enrollment on website: https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app.
6.0Brief Scope of Work
SUCCESSFUL VENDOR HAS TO CARRY OUT SUPPLY OF BIOMASS PELLETS
FOR NTPC UNCHAHAR FOR PERIOD OF NINE MONTHS
The detailed scope of work is given in the Bidding Documents which are available at our
GePNIC site as per the schedule given above.
7.0Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:
In addition to requirements stipulated under Section "Instructions to Bidders"(ITB),
the Bidder shall also meet the Qualifying Requirements stipulated hereunder:
1. Applicant should be Entrepreneurs / Individuals/ Sole Proprietorships / Partnerships /
Limited Liability Partnerships / Consortium / Companies / Cooperative Societies /
Technology Providers (herein after called APPLICANT) shall be eligible to
participate in tender.
2. The APPLICANT should be of minimum 21 years of age (in case of individual
APPLICANT).
3. The APPLICANT shall be of Indian nationality AND/OR a Company/ Sole
Proprietorships / Partnerships / Limited Liability Partnerships / Consortium /
Cooperative Societies registered in India AND/ OR Non-Resident Indians/Persons of
Indian Origin AND/OR a Multi-National Company having its registered office in
India / Overseas Corporate Bodies having its registered office in India
8.0 This is supply tender. Benefits of MSEs as per SPC clause No. 5.0A will be applicable to
vendors.
