ANNEXURE - I

Qualifying Requirements

Name of the work: Laying of External and Treated water supply network at Township area under Telangana STPP, Phase-I (2 x 800 MW)

1.0Technical Criteria

1.1The Bidder should have executed the works of “Civil construction work involving underground OR underground & above ground pipe laying” during last 07(seven) years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening with executed contract value(s) as detailed below:

Single order with executed value not less than Rs. 53.28 Lakhs.

Two orders with executed values not less than Rs. 33.30 Lakhs each.

Three orders with executed values not less than Rs.26.64 Lakhs each.

2.0Financial Criteria:

2.1The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of Technocommercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 66.60 Lakhs (Rupees Sixty Six Lakhs & Sixty thousand only)

3.0 Notes

a)In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO/Proprietor/Partner that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of technical bid opening and the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

b)For the purpose of arriving at the executed value of work specified at 1.1 above, basic amount only shall be considered. In case of a contract inclusive of Taxes, agency has to provide the break-up of basic value and tax.

c)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

d)The value of the work completed in the preceding seven (07) years reckoned as on date of technical bid opening, even if it has been started earlier, will only be considered for establishing the qualifying requirements.

e)The word “executed” 1.1 above means; bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in above QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.

f)The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN number and active GST registration number and the relevant documents shall be submitted along with bid proposal.

g)The bidder should submit the documentary proof for establishing the QR requirements at 1.0 and 2.0 above.
