NOTICE INVITING TENDER

FOR

“PROCUREMENT NON CLOG VERTICAL PUMP FOR SHAHPUR TOE DRAIN SCHEME MECHANICAL ACCESSORIES (PUMP, MOTORS, LEVEL CONTROLLER) for NTPC VINDHYACHAL”

1.0NTPC SSC NR- Vindhyachal invites tenders from eligible bidders for “PROCUREMENT

NON CLOG VERTICAL PUMP FOR SHAHPUR TOE DRAIN SCHEME MECHANICAL ACCESSORIES (PUMP, MOTORS, LEVEL CONTROLLER) for NTPC VINDHYACHAL” through e- tendering (Single Stage, Two Envelope) without reverse auctioning as per the scope of supply briefly mentioned at para 4.0 below:

3.0Qualifying Requirements:

Completion Period: 180 Days

3.1 Technical Criteria:

a)The bidder should be a manufacturer of vertical non-clog pumps and should have supplied such Pump set having power input minimum 30 KW, which should have been in successful operation for at least one (1) year during last seven (07) years prior to the date of techno commercial bid opening.

b)The bidder should have executed any one of the following work of “supply and commissioning of pump sets”, in the preceding seven (07) years prior to the date of techno commercial bid opening meeting the following criteria:

Single order of value not less than 46.94Lakh.

Two orders of value not less than 29.34 Lakh each.

Three orders of value not less than 23.47 Lakh each.

NOTES FOR CLAUSE 3.1 ABOVE:

(i)The word “executed” means the Bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the qualifying requirements even if the contract has been started earlier and/or is not completed/ closed.

(ii)Reference work executed by a bidder as a sub-contractor may also be considered provided the certificate issued by main contractor is duly certified by Project Authority specifying the scope of work executed by the sub-contractor in support of Qualifying Requirements.

3.2FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years prior to Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs 58.68 Lakh (Rupees Fifty Eight Lakh and Sixty Eight thousand Only).

NOTES FOR CLAUSE 3.2 ABOVE:

In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results for the three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

4.0Brief scope of Supply:

Procurement non clog vertical pump for Shahpur Toe Drain Scheme Mechanical Accessories [Pump, Motors, Level controller ]at NTPC Vindhyachal.

Bidders are requested to refer detailed technical specification in our tender documents.

“Bidders are requested to refer detailed technical specification of the item (s). In case of any Contradiction between short text of item(s) and complete technical specification of the item(s), only complete technical specification of that item should be considered for the submission of offer and same shall be considered for evaluation purpose at our end."

5.0A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested bidder directly through our NTPC e-procurement portal https://eprocurentpc.nic.in

6.0Tender documents are non-transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.

7.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

8.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

9.0First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to document sale close date.
