ANNEXURE-1

1.0Technical Criteria

1.1The bidder should have executed the works of “ Roof Water Proofing with Polymer Modified Mortar treatment/ Polymer Modified bitumen membrane treatment in Factory buildings / Industrial buildings / Commercial buildings” with executed order values as detailed below in the preceding seven (07) years; reckoned as on the date of scheduled techno- commercial bid opening:

a)Single executed order of value not less than INR 76.30 Lakhs.

b)Two executed orders of value not less than INR 47.69 Lakhs each.

c)Three executed orders of value not less than INR 38.15 Lakhs each.

2.0Financial Criteria:

2.1The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three(03) financial years; reckoned as on the date of techno- commercial bid opening shall not be less than INR 95.37 Lakhs ( Rupees Ninety five lakhs & thirty seven thousand only).

3.0Notes:

a)In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO/Proprietor/Partner that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening and the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

b)For the purpose of arriving at the executed value of work specified at 1.1 above, basic amount only shall be considered. In case of a contract inclusive of Taxes, agency has to provide the break-up of basic value and tax.

c)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

d)The value of the work completed in the preceding seven (07) years reckoned as on date of techno-commercial bid opening, even if it has been started earlier, will only be considered for establishing the qualifying requirements.

e)The word “executed” at 1.1 above means; bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in above QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.

f) The bidder should submit the documentary proof for establishing the QR requirements at 1.0 and 2.0 above.
