.0 Technical Criteria:

a) The bidder or its principal should be boiler manufacturer and should have manufactured,
supplied and commissioned at least one boiler of 200MW or more.
b) The Bidder should have supplied, erected and commissioned heat exchangers (APH, SCAPH, LP &
HP HEATERS, etc.) of coal fired boilers of capacity 200MW or more, which should be in successful
operation for at least one (1) years prior to the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening.
c) The bidder should have supplied, erected and commissioned heat exchangers (APH, SCAPH, LP &
HP HEATERS, etc.) of coal fired boilers of capacity 200MW or more, in the preceding seven (07)
years prior to the date of techno commercial bid opening meeting the following criteria:
i.

Single order of value not less than 133.68 Lakh.
OR
Two orders of value not less than 83.55 Lakh each.
OR
iii.
Three orders of value not less than 66.84 Lakh each.

.0 Financial Criteria:

.1 The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years prior to
Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs 167.10 Lakh (Rupees One Crore Sixty
Seven Lakh and Ten thousand Only).

.2 In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid
opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be
considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered
Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results for the three consecutive financial
years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
NOTES FOR CLAUSE 3.0 above:
(i) The word “executed” means the Bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the
qualifying requirements even if the contract has been started earlier and/or is
not completed/ closed.
(
ii) Reference work executed by a bidder as a sub-contractor may also be considered provided
the certificate issued by main contractor is duly certified by Project Authority specifying the
scope of work executed by the sub-contractor in support of Qualifying Requirements.
