Envelope-I: Technical Bid and Envelope-II: Financial Bid) with Reverse Auction for

Selection of Solar Power Developers for Setting up 1200 MW ISTS Connected Solar PV

Power Projects Anywhere in India.

All bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit for an amount calculated at the

rate of INR 400,000 per MW (Indian Rupees Four Hundred Thousand per MW) and in the

form as stipulated in the RfS Documents

ANY BID NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT IN

A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SHALL BE REJECTED BY THE EMPLOYER AS

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Qualifying Requirements shall be as specified in the RfS documents.

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation for Bids

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder

shall have any claim arising out of such action.

Interested parties are required to get registered with M/s ISN Electronic Tender Services

website https://www.bharat-electronictender.com (if not registered already). After

registration, a complete set of RfS Documents may be downloaded by any interested

Bidder from Portal https://www.bharat-electronictender.com with Tender Search Code

NTPC-2020-TN000001 free of cost. Interested parties are required to ensure that they

have downloaded the official copy of RfS documents against Tender Search code- NTPC-

020-TN000001 from abovementioned website without which they will not be able to

submit their bids. For technical assistance call ETS Helpdesk at +91 124-4229071, +91

Note: No hard copy of RfS Documents shall be issued.

Issuance of RfS Documents to any Bidder shall not construe that such Bidder is

considered to be qualified. Bids shall be submitted online. Bidder shall furnish Earnest

Money Deposited, Integrity Pact, Pass Phrase and Board Resolution separately offline as

detailed in RfS Documents before the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at

the address given below.

Transfer of RfS Documents purchased by one intending Bidder to another is not

permissible.
