.0 As per provisions of bidding documents, the bidders shall submit online, “No Deviation
Certificate, Tender Fee and EMD Details” in Cover Type Fee, “Techno-Commercial
Proposal” in Cover type Technical and “Price Proposal& Local content declaration” in
Cover TypePrice, within the bid submission date and time as mentioned above on e-
tendering portal https://eprocurentpc.nic.in. Only Techno-Commercial proposals will be
opened on 22.02.2020 at 16.00 hrs (IST).

.0All the bids must be accompanied with No Deviation Certificate, Tender Fee and Bid
Security for an amount equivalent to Rs 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs only).Any bid
not accompanied by No Deviation Certificate (Online / in physical form), an
acceptable bid security & tender fee, in a separate sealed envelope shall be rejected
by NTPC as being non-responsive and returned to the bidders without being opened.
5.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfil
the following Qualifying Requirements:-
5.1 TECHNICAL QR
5.1.1 The Bidder should be a Manufacturer OR an Authorized Supplier of the manufacturer,
of
Type A and Type B Fire Proof Cable Penetration Sealing System.
5.1.2 The bidder should have executed contract for supply and installation of Type A and
Type BFire Proof Cable Penetration Sealing System, as per the following within the
preceding seven(7) years reckoned as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening:
a) Executed value not less than Rs. 152 Lakhs in a Single Contract.
OR
b) Executed value not less than Rs. 95 Lakhs in Two Contracts each.
OR
c) Executed value not less than Rs. 76 Lakhs in Three Contracts each.
Notes for clause 5.1.2 above:
The word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in
theQualifying Requirements, even if the total contract is not completed/ closed. In case
contract(s) is under execution as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening, the value
ofWork executed till such date will be considered provided the same is certified by
theemployer.
5.2 Financial Criteria:
5.2.1The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as
on thedate of Techno-Commercial bid opening, shall not be less than Rs. 127 Lakhs
Rupees OneHundred and Twenty Seven Lakhs only).

5.2.2In case the bidder is not able to furnish its audited financial statements on standalone
entitybasis, the unaudited unconsolidated financial statements of the bidder can be
consideredacceptable provided the bidder furnishes the following further documents on
substantiation ofits qualification:
