.0 Qualifying Requirements:  
Completion Period: 07 months  
1
.0 Technical Criteria:  
1. The bidder should be manufacturer or authorized dealer/ channel partner of  
manufacturer of „Complete ZIRCONIA O2 (Flue gas) ANALYSER‟  
2
. The bidder should have supplied Zirconia O (Flue gas Oxygen) probes with complete

electronic assembly, which should have been in successful operation for a period of not  
less than one (1) year, prior to the date of Techno-commercial bid opening.

. Bidder should have executed the work of supply of O (Flue gas Oxygen) probes in the  
2
preceding seven (07) years prior to the date of Techno-commercial bid opening meeting  
the following criteria:

i)

Single order of value not less than Rs 46.26 Lakh  
(
Two orders of value not less than Rs 28.91 Lakh each.  
Three orders of value not less than Rs. 23.13 Lakh each.  
(
Notes for Clause 1.0 above:  
The word “executed” means the Bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the  
qualifying requirements even if the contract has been started earlier and/or is not completed/  
closed.  
Reference work executed by a bidder as a sub-contractor may also be considered provided  
the certificate issued by main contractor is duly certified by Project Authority specifying the  
scope of work executed by the sub-contractor in support of Qualifying Requirements.

.Financial Criteria:  
.1 Financial Criteria of the bidder  
The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on  
the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs.57.82 Lakh  
(
Rupees fifty seven Lakh and eighty two thousand Only).  
NOTES FOR CLAUSE 2.0 :  
In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial  
bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered  
Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the  
certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the  
audited results for the three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year  
shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.  
Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.  
For Turnover indicated in foreign currency, the exchange rate as on seven (07) days prior to  
the date of techno-commercial bid opening shall be used

Bidders are requested to refer detailed technical specification of the item (s). In case of any  
Contradiction between short text of item(s) and complete technical specification of the  
item(s), ONLY COMPLETE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF THAT ITEM SHOULD BE  
CONSIDERED FOR THE SUBMISSION OF OFFER AND SAME SHALL BE CONSIDERED FOR  
EVALUATION PURPOSE AT OUR END."

.0 Tender documents are non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender  
documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original  
bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.

.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is  
considered qualified.

.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for  
bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder  
shall have any claim arising out of such action.
