Bid Security shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid

without an acceptable Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer

and shall not be opened.

The bidding document is available online. A complete set of Bidding Documents may

be downloaded by any interested Bidder from the NTPC tender website

https://eprocurentpc.nic.in.

The Bidder would be required to register in the website. First time users are required

to register themselves on NTPC tender website after filling up the required details.

Users whose email address has not been linked to a vendor code allotted by NTPC/

first time users not allotted any vendor code by NTPC, should send a copy of the

registration details to the e-mail address specified in this NIT under Address for

Communication with following details at least three working days prior to Technical

Opening Date:

i. Request on the letter head of the Company

v. Name and Designation of the contact person

vi. Cancelled cheque & E.F.T form duly verified by bank

Note: Format of E.F.T (Electronic Fund Transfer) is attached along with bidding

documents

Brief Scope of Work & other specific details:

NTPC Ltd. (hereinafter called as “NTPC”) intends to select a Service Provider, who

has proven experience in the field of work related to obtaining ISO certifications for

Information Security Management System (ISMS) and IT Service Management

System (ITSMS), to assist in establishing an integrated management system (ISMS

and ITSMS) at NTPC DC and DR centers.

The selected Service Provider shall engage with the NTPC's team for establishment

of Management systems, tie-up with accredited certifying body, assist NTPC in

obtaining certifications under ISO 27001 and ISO 20000-1 and in maintenance of

Management Systems (ISMS and ITSMS) on ongoing basis for the certification

period.

Qualifying Requirements:

The bidder should be in the list of Cert-In empaneled Information Security Auditing

Organizations as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening.

Note: Any consortium or joint venture are NOT allowed

The bidder itself must be certified against ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. The

bidder shall submit ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certificates and these should be valid

as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening.

The bidder should have on their payroll as on the date of Techno commercial bid

opening:

a) At least Five resources with either of the Security certifications – CISSP or CISA

and

b) At least Two resource with ISMS (ISO 27001) Lead auditor certification.

and

c) At least One resource with ITSM (ISO 20000-1) Lead auditor certification.

The Bidder should have executed following works during the preceding seven years as

on the date of opening of Techno-commercial bid.

(

a) At least one work of consultancy/implementation for certification of Service

Management System (ISO 20000-1)

And

(

b) At least three Works of consultancy/ Implementation of Information Security Management

System (ISO 270001)

And

c) At least one work from (a) or (b) above must have been executed in a Govt. /PSU

Organization having ERP.

(

Note: The word executed means ‘completion of successful certification of the client from

authorized body.

Financial Criteria:

The Average Annual Turnover of the bidder in the preceding(3) three financial years as on

date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs 11 lacs (Rs Elevan Lakh ).

Note:

.5.1 While computing the turnover other income shall not be considered.

.5.2 In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available,

certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be

considered acceptable.

In case, bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant

certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years

preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the

bidding documents stating that the Financial results of the company are under audit as on the

date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is

considered qualified.

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the

subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no

bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
