NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS
FOR
ENLISTMENT (PRE-QUALIFICATION) OF VENDORS FOR HIRING
OF A 32 SEATER BUS FOR CISF DUTY FOR TALCHER THERMAL
POWER STATION.

1.0 NTPC Limited invites online applications from eligible domestic Agencies for the
above mentioned Enlistment. The tentative brief Scope of work is as follows:
The scope of work under this proposal involves deployment of 32 seater bus on 24
hrs. basis for a period of three years for Talcher Thermal Power Station.

.0 Qualifying Requirement for Enlistment
Applicant who wishes to participate in the enlistment shall satisfactorily establish
thatit fulfillsthe qualifying requirements stipulated hereunder:

.0 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Terms & Conditions for vendor pre-qualification:

i)
The agency must be the owner of the bus or a prospective buyer of the bus.
ii) The agency should have successfully deployed bus or buses in any
organization during last seven (07) years reckoned as on date of original bid
opening.
(
iii) The intending bidders presently not possessing their own Bus of desired
model may also apply and participate in the tender. They are required to submit
an undertaking along with their application seeking Tender document mentioning
there in the cost of the Bus, source of finance, proof of loan eligibility from a
public sector Bank/Financial institution, etc. Such a bidder would be required to
buy the Bus as per our specification and deploy the same within 30 days upon
issue of purchase order.

iv) The vendors presently possessing their own Bus are to submit self attested
documentary proof of vehicle fitness, registration certificate, updated tax
clearance, comprehensive insurance, valid contract carriage permit / passenger
transport license for obtaining tender documents.
(v) Last date of receipt of applications along with self attested copy of RC book
is 13.02.2020
