Completion Period/ Duration

of Contract

Contract Service Period shall be 24 months from the date of start of work. The

contract can be extended up to 6 months on same rate terms and conditions on

mutual consent.

9.

Price Bid

The Bidder shall quote rate and applicable GST for each item in the relevant field of

BOQ sheet (Price Bid). The BOQ (Excel Sheet) template must not be modified/

replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevant

columns.

The scope of work is covered under Reverse Charge Mechanism for payment

of GST. If GST registered bidders don’t mention GST in BOQ, GST shall be

loaded for evaluation as GST needs to be paid by NTPC under RCM.

There are 98 items in BOQ.

In case of bidders who don’t quote for all items,

their offers shall not be considered further and shall be rejected.

shall be issued the bid documents free of cost and shall be exempted from paying

Earnest Money Deposit.

Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable Earnest Money Deposit & Tender

Fee in accordance with the provisions of bidding documents shall be rejected

by the Employer as being non-responsive and shall be rejected without being

opened.

Order Placement

The bidders are required to quote for all 98 items in the BOQ. In case of bidders who

don’t quote for all items, their offers shall not be considered further and shall be

rejected.

The lowest rates received against each individual item shall be worked out without

GST rates and all the bidders shall be requested to accept the same. The bidders

who give their consent to those rates shall be considered for empanelment of Travel

agencies at NTPC Ltd, Hyderabad, on requirement basis, for a period of two years.

The estimated requirement (INR 1,20,00,000/-) shall be equally divided among the

parties who accept the lowest rates. In case none of the bidders accept the lowest

rates for all items, the bidders who accept the lowest rates in a minimum of 10

Categories (all items in each category out of 14 categories) shall be considered for

award. However the award shall be shall be for those categories for which the

bidders have given their acceptance. The work shall be awarded as a rate contract

with no limit on individual item quantities. Deviations shall be applicable on awarded

value.

ANNEXURE-1

1.0

Technical Criteria:

1.1

The Bidder should have a fleet of Vehicles consisting of different vehicles of all categories as mentioned

in Notes:(ii), with a

Minimum of 25 Nos. vehicles manufactured in the year 2016 or later, operating with them and of models as mentioned in

Notes- (ii) (A to E) below , out of which the agency should have 40 % of vehicles registered in their name and balance 60%

of vehicles can be either operated on lease basis or holding Power of Attorney in their favor to operate the vehicles on

commercial basis.

1.2

The Bidder should have a minimum experience of

3 Years in running a travel agency business and

should have GST

Registration and PAN. The agency should have experience in working with any Govt. Dept/ Public Sector Organization,

reputed corporate house/ institution in the past.

2.0

Financial Criteria:

2.1

The average annual turnover of the Bidder shall not be less than Rs. 60 Lakhs. (Rupees Sixty

Lakhs Only) in the preceding

three (3) financial years; reckoned

as on the date of Techno-Commercial Bid Opening.

2.2

In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening are not available,

the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered

Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able

to submit the

Certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the

audited results of three

consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the

date of Techno-Commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial

parameters is not available.

Notes:

(i)

Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover

(ii)
