Brief Scope of Work :
(i) The Scope of work involves Supply, Installation, Commissioning and
CMC of Online Coal Analyser at NTECL as per the Bidding Documents.
(ii) Bidders are requested to refer detailed technical specification in our tender
documents.
3. A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested bidder
directly through our e-procurement portal https://etenders.gov.in.
4.Tender documents are non-transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender
documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the
original bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can
submit the offer.
5. Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is
considered qualified.
6. NTECL intends to finance the subject tender through Own Resources.
7. NTECL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation
for Bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder /
intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
8. Offline Documents: Bid to be submitted in line with provision of Tender document.
9. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDERS
The Qualifying Requirement for the Bidder for this tender shall be as under:
The average annual turnover of the bidder in the last 03 financial years ending
31/03/2019 should not be less than ₹ 67.80 Lakhs (Rupees Sixty Seven lakhs
and Eighty Thousand Only)
1. Bidder should have successfully executed the supply, erection, testing &
commissioning of at least 02 numbers of “Online Coal ash analyser system”
for measuring Ash content in moving coal on the coal conveyor in India,
which should have been in successful operation for at least one (01) year
prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.
2. The bidder should have executed the work as mentioned in Para 1.0 above
during the last 5 (Five) years from the date of issue of NIT, having minimum
executed/supplied values as indicated below:-
(i) One executed works costing not less than Rs 54.24 Lakh.
