QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT SUPPLY, ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING OF
MODULE WASHING SYSTEM FOR 5MW SOLAR POWER PLANT AT JAJRU SITE OF NTPC FARIDABAD
Following qualifying requirements are proposed to be incorporated in the NIT for the subject
package.
1.0 The Bidder should have executed Construction works OR Pipeline construction works in
PSU / Central OR State Govt. deptt./ undertaking/ Quasi Govt. Deptt. OR Private
Company/ Organization, within the preceding Seven (7) years as on the date of Bid
opening, meeting either of the following:
Single Order of INR 19.96 Lakh.
Two Orders of INR 12.48 Lakh each
Three Orders of INR 9.98 Lakh each
2.0 The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three financial years shall
not be less than INR 24.95 lakhs.
Note :
• The bidder has to submit all the documentary support for above requirement. However
the following conditions shall also be considered as a part of QR:
• The word ‘executed’ means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified
in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed
• Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turnover. In cases where
audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of
financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered
acceptable.
• In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant
certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years
preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters.
• NTPC has right to access the capability & capacity of the bidder for executing the said
work
• Bidder has to submit all documentary evidence in support of the above requirements
