3.0 BIDDERS CAN DOWNLOAD THE TENDER DOCUMENTS BEFORE BID SUBMISSION DATE. TENDER FEES, BID

SECURITY AND INTEGRITY PACT (IF APPLICABLE) SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE SEPARATELY

(OFFLINE) BY THE STIPULATED BID SUBMISSION CLOSING DATE AND TIME AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN BELOW.

ANY BID WITHOUT AN ACCEPTABLE TENDER FEES, BID SECURITY AND INTEGRITY PACT (IF APPLICABLE) SHALL

BE TREATED AS NON-RESPONSIVE BY THE EMPLOYER AND SHALL NOT BE OPENED.

4.0 TENDER FEE SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF A CROSSED ACCOUNT PAYEE DEMAND DRAFT OR BANKER’S

CHEQUE IN FAVOUR OF NTPC LTD., PAYABLE AT SBI Telesingha or UCO Bank Deepshikha.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work:

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OFAIO DESKTOP PC AND SCANNERS AT TSTPS KANIHA

6.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

6.1 TECHNICAL CRITERIA:

6.1.1 The bidder should be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) of ALL-in-One Desktop PC’s in India.

The bidder should be a Subsidiary or Authorized partner /Agent/Dealer of the OEM as above, on the date of

Techno-commercial bid opening & should be duly authorized by the OEM for this bid.

6.1.2 The bidder should have executed similar orders in India during the last seven (7) years, as on last date of

the month preceding the month of publication of NIT, having:

a. Executed Value of supply not less than Rs. 106.41 Lakh in a Single Order

b. Executed Value of supply not less than Rs.66.51 Lakh each in Two Orders.

c. Executed Value of supply not less than Rs. 53.20 Lakh each in Three Orders.

Similar order Means: Supply of Intel based Desktop PCs/All in One Desktop PCs/Laptops.

Notes:

(i) Bidders shall submit certificate of Incorporation /Manufacturing License or any other documentary

evidence to establish that they are manufacturer of the indented item.

(ii) For this tender, either the Authorized Agent or Manufacturer itself can bid but both cannot bid

simultaneously. If an authorized agent submits bid on behalf of the Manufacturer, the same

authorized agent shall not submit bid on behalf of another Manufacturer.

(iii) The word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the Clause

5.1.2 of QR above, even if the total order is not completed/closed. In case any order is under

execution as on last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT, the value of

supply executed against such order till such date will be considered provided the same is certified

by the Owner/Project Authority.

6.2 FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed Financial Years as on the date

of techno-commercial bid opening, shall not be less than Rs. 133.01 Lakh (Indian Rupees One Crore Thirty Three

Lakh One Thousand Only)

6.2.1 NOTES:

(i) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

(i) (ii) In case where audited results for the last financial year as on date of Techno commercial bid

opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall

be considered acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing

Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive

financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial

parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed

in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on

the date of Techno Commercial bid opening and the certificate from the practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

7.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any

claim arising out of such action.

These salient technical features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to understand the

requirements under the tender and shall not in any way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features /

specification of systems / services covered in the Bidding documents. Detailed provisions in regard of Technical

Specifications & Scope of Work of systems / services contained in the bidding document shall be final and

binding.

Brief Scope of Work: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of AIO Desktop PC & Scanners at NTPC-TSTPS,

Kaniha

 Desktop AIO PC system inclusive of 3 years on-site warranty.

 Scanner - A4 Size flatbed color image scanner with 3 years on-site warranty.

 1 No. of dedicated skilled staff (preferably HighSkilled) for 3 years to take care of maintenance of

Desktop All in One PC & Scanners.
