RENEWABLE ENERGY (RE) PROJECTS

1.0 NTPC invites offline applications from eligible bidders on Single Stage Single Envelope
for Enlistment of Vendors for Conducting Topographical Surveys for Renewable
Energy (RE) Projects.
2.0 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
Topography survey may be either on Plan land, Desert or Hilly area. Topography survey
work may involve traversing, triangulation and spot levelling of renewable energy
projects. Carrying out Bench Mark from the nearest GTS Bench Mark, Carrying out spot
level surveying and Contours interpolation after the above points are plotted.
Topographical survey of project and its allied area, showing all permanent
features/objects, land patterns, carrying the GTS Bench Mark from nearest available
source and establishing at location indicated and detail survey by taking spot levels
including submission of reports. Vendor shall also determine exact Latitude and
Longitude of selected ground control point using Differential Global Positioning System
(DGPS).
3.0 Detailed Terms & Conditions are given in the enlistment documents (as specified in
this notice) and as per the following schedule:

4.0 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1.0 GENERAL CRITERIA
1.1 EXPERIENCE
The vendor should have at least three years of experience in traversing, triangulation
and spot levelling and have surveyed two different sites, each having an area of
minimum 250 acres with Total station and has prepared drawing using Standard
computer software like AutoCAD or Auto civil, etc.
1.2 EQUIPMENT
The Vendor should own at least following instruments as minimum requirement:

4. Plotter A-0 Size*.

Notes for clause 1.2 (4) above:
*In case, own Plotter (A-0) is not available, arrangement with any agency/Institute is
allowed.
2.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA
The average annual turnover of the Vendor in Topography survey of land in the
preceding three (3) financial years as on the last date notified for submission of
application for enlistment, should not be less than ₹1.6 Million (Indian Rupees one
million and six hundred thousand only).
In case where audited results for the last financial year as on last date of submission of
application for enlistment are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing
Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case the applicant is not able
to submit the Certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial
parameters, the audited result of three consecutive financial years preceding the last
financial year shall be considered for evaluating financial parameters.
Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed
in the enlistment documents stating that the financial results of the company are under
audit as on date of submission of application for enlistment and the Certificate from a
practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.
5.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel/withdraw the Invitation
for enlistment application without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no
bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
6.0 A complete set of Application Documents can be obtained free of cost through email
(only) by sending a request to the concerned person as mentioned at Para 9.0 below.
7.0 Transfer of Enlistment Documents purchased by one intending applicant to another is not
permissible
Note: No hard copy of Application Documents shall be issued.
8.0 Issuance of Enlistment Application Documents to any applicant shall not construe that
such Applicant is considered qualified. Application duly filled in and signed along
with the relevant documents/Certificates in original shall be submitted offline at
the address given below before the stipulated Enlistment Application submission
closing date and time.
