Part (A) QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT:  
1
. The bidder must be a manufacturer of Procurement of Fly Ash based Portland Pozzlolana Cement (PPC) and should  
have executed / completed the supply of same in any NTPC station / SEBs / Govt. / Semi Govt. / PSU / “NSC or BSE  
enlisted company” during last 07 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the date of NIT with  
minimum contract value as indicated below.

One order of value not less than Rs 85.00 lakh.  
OR  
Two order each of value not less than Rs 53.13 lakhs.  
OR  
III.  
Three order each of value not less than Rs 42.50 lakhs.  
Note: The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the qualifying  
Requirement even if the total contract / order is not completed / closed.

. The Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) completed financial years ending with  
FY 2018-19 should not be less than Rs. 106.25 lakhs.

Eligible bidders may submit their bid as per following procedure:  
Tender fee & EMD, if applicable to be submitted by the bidder separately.  
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of Kanti Bijlee Utpadan Nigam Ltd. payable at SBI, TPS,  
Kanti Thermal, Muzaffarpur Bihar (code 7033).

Complete bid to be submitted within prescribed time as indicated in bid document.  
The General Purchase Condition of KBUNLwill be the integral part of the tender document.  
The documents are required to be submitted in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements, as  
mentioned above apart from those Specified in Bid documents:

Documentary evidence in support of meeting the qualifying requirements stipulated above which inter alia  
should include experience of execution of works as specified in QR with self-certified and stamped copies of  
Work Orders/ Award Letters, certificate stating that the work order given in support of qualifying  
requirements has been completed or completion certificate or proof of execution of awarded work.  
Latest audited annual report, Proof of Turnover/Balance Sheet duly certified by practicing Chartered  
Accountant.

Copy of valid PAN &GSTIN registration certificate.  
Notwithstanding anything stated above, KBUNL reserves the right to assess the bidder’s capability and  
capacity to perform the contract/order, should the circumstances warrant such an assessment in the  
overall interest of KBUNL and the decision of KBUNL in this regard shall be final and binding.
