SSC – WR II
This is an E-tender case and bidders shall submit bid (NIL Deviation Certificate, QR Documents,
Technical Bid, Price Bid & Local Content Declaration) in ONLINE ONLY. Bids sent in physical form thru
any other means /media is not at all acceptable and it may be liable to be rejected.
A) Documents Required in Tender Fee / EMD Envelope
:
i. TENDER FEE of INR 1125/-(inclusive of GST@18%) in the form of DD/BC is to be submitted in
sealed envelope in Physical Form/ Offline within the scheduled period. Any techno-commercial bid not
accompanied by an acceptable Tender Fee in separate sealed envelope shall be rejected by NTPC Ltd,
Sipat SSC WR – II as being non-responsive and will not be considered for opening.
ii. EMD of INR 1,00,000/- in the form of DD/BC/BG/MSME/NSIC is to be submitted in sealed envelope
in Physical Form/ Offline within the scheduled period. Any techno-commercial bid not accompanied by
an acceptable EMD in separate sealed envelope shall be rejected by NTPC Ltd, Sipat SSC WR – II as
being non-responsive and will not be considered for opening.

iii. NIL DEVIATION CERTIFICATE to be uploaded online digitally signed as per format enclosed in the
Bidding Document under the name Certificate of "NIL" Deviation. Any techno-commercial bid not
accompanied by an acceptable NILL DEVIATION CERTIFICATE shall be rejected by NTPC Ltd as being
non-responsive and will not be considered for Opening.
B) Documents Required in Technical Envelope

i. QR Documents: Following documentary evidences should be uploaded online & signed digitally:

QR documents comprising of credential (i.e. Copy of work order/LOA/agreements and completion
certificates/ proof of completion) as per qualifying requirements mentioned in Point No: 6.
Up to date copy of Profit and Loss Account and Balance sheet of last three financial Years duly
audited by Chartered Accountant.

Copy of Independent PF Registration Certificate if applicable
Copy of GSTIN Registration Certificate
Copies of Income Tax PAN No. Certificate
Name and address(es) of the sole proprietor/partners/board of directors and memorandum of
articles of association/photocopy of the partnership deed/ affidavit for proprietorship.
Copy of registration with Central Govt./State Govt./Public Sector/Undertaking if any applicable.
Details of Manpower (Technical/Non Technical) and Tools & Plants if applicable.

Price Bid opening date and time shall be intimated separately by NTPC through mail to only those bidders who are
found to be meeting the QR criterion and their bid fulfils the technical requirements as per NIT specifications.

Technical Bid/Price Bid of the Bidders who have not submitted requisite amount of Tender Fee/EMD (in form
of DD/BC/BG) and who do not satisfy the Qualifying Requirements shall not be considered.
0.0 NTPC Ltd shall not be liable for loss/non-receipt/late receipt of EMD and Tender Fee in postal transit.
No claim in this respect will be entertained. However, NTPC reserves the right to accept or reject
