The bidders who fall in the following categories may be considered acceptable for further
evaluation:
01. Entrepreneurs / Individuals/ Sole Proprietorships / Partnerships / Limited Liability
Partnerships / Consortium / Companies / Cooperative Societies / Technology Providers
(herein after called APPLICANT) shall be eligible to participate in EOI.
02. The APPLICANT should be of minimum 21 years of age (in case of individual
applicant).
03. The APPLICANT shall be of Indian nationality AND/OR a Company/ Sole
Proprietorships / Partnerships / Limited Liability Partnerships / Consortium / Cooperative
Societies Registered in India AND/ OR Non-Resident Indians/Persons of Indian Origin
AND/OR a Multi -National Company having its registered office in India /Overseas
Corporate Bodies having its registered office in India
Instructions for Bidders:
1.0 Bid Security shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by
the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below.

Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive
by the employer and shall not be opened. In case of MSME vendors, exemption
request along with MSME certificate should reach the dealing officer before bid
submission closing time.
2.0 The bidding document is available online. A complete set of Bidding
Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder from the NTPC tender
website https://eprocurentpc.nic.in. The Bidder would be required to register in
the website. First time users are required to register themselves on NTPC
tender website after filling up the required details. Users whose email address
has not been linked to a vendor code allotted by NTPC/ first time users not
allotted any vendor code by NTPC, should send a copy of the registration details
to the e-mail address specified in this NIT under Address for Communication
with following details at least three working days prior to Technical Opening
