Part (A) QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT:

. The bidder must be a manufacturer and Licensed by BIS for MS Pipe / Tube production as per IS 1239.  
. The bidder must have of executed/completed supply of MS Pipe/Tube as per IS 1239 during last 07 (seven)  
years ending last day of the month previous to the date of NIT with either of the following executed value(s) of  
contract(s).  
I.

One executed work costing not less than Rs 40.72 lakh.  
OR  
Two executedwork costingnot less than Rs 25.45 lakhs each.  
OR  
III.  
Three executed work costing not less than Rs 20.36 lakhs each.

. The Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding completed three (03) financial years ending with  
FY 2018-19 should not be less than Rs. 50.90 lakhs.

Eligible bidders may submit their bid as per following procedure:  
Tender fee & EMD, if applicable to be submitted by the bidder separately.  
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of Kanti Bijlee Utpadan Nigam Ltd. payable at SBI, TPS,  
Kanti Thermal, Muzaffarpur Bihar (code 7033).

Complete bid to be submitted within prescribed time as indicated in bid document.  
The General Purchase Condition of KBUNLwill be the integral part of the tender document.  
The documents are required to be submitted in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements, as  
mentioned above apart from those Specified in Bid documents:

Documentary evidence in support of meeting the qualifying requirements stipulated above which inter alia  
should include experience of execution of works as specified in QR with self-certified and stamped copies of  
Work Orders/ Award Letters, certificate stating that the work order given in support of qualifying  
requirements has been completed or completion certificate or proof of execution of awarded work.  
Latest audited annual report, Proof of Turnover/Balance Sheet duly certified by practicing Chartered  
Accountant.

Copy of valid PAN &GSTIN registration certificate.  
Notwithstanding anything stated above, KBUNL reserves the right to assess the bidder’s capability and  
capacity to perform the contract/order, should the circumstances warrant such an assessment in the  
overall interest of KBUNL and the decision of KBUNL in this regard shall be final and binding.
