Shopping/Station duty at NTPC Khargone through e-tendering without reverse auctioning as

per the scope of work briefly mentioned at para 4.0 below:

.0 Qualifying Requirements:

The Bidder should have Ownership of at least two numbers of buses of minimum 32 seats

capacity and should have executed deployment of the same for at least two years, during

the preceding seven (7) years reckoned as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening

as per the following:

One order of value not less than Rs. 51 Lakhs.

Two orders of value not less than Rs. 32 Lakhs each.

Three orders of value not less than Rs. 25 Lakhs each

Note:

i) “Executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR. Even if

the contract is not completed/closed. In case of contract under execution as on date of

techno commercial bid opening, the value of work executed till such date will be

considered provided the same is certified by the employer.

.0 Financial Criteria:

The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (03) financial years as on

date of Techno – Commercial bid opening shall not be less than INR Rs. 32 Lakhs (Rupees

Thirty Two Lakhs only).

Note:

i) While computing the annual turnover other Income shall not be considered.

II) In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available

certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be

considered acceptable. In case bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing

Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three

consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating

the financial parameters , Further a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as per the

format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are

under audit as on the date of techno commercial bid opening and the certificate from the

practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters are not available.

.0 Brief scope of work:

i) Hiring of 32 Seater AC Bus for Shopping/Station duty at NTPC Khargone.

A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly

through NTPC e-procurement portal, https://eprocurentpc.nic.in.

.0 Tender documents are Nontransferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents

are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose

name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.

.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall

have any claim arising out of such action.
