5.0 QualifyingRequirements(QR):‐

Thebidderswhowishtoparticipateinthebiddingshallsatisfactorilyestablishthattheyfulfil

thefollowingQualifyingRequirements.

5.1TechnicalCriteria:

ThebiddershouldhaveexperienceofManufacturingof 3.3KVoraboveGradeInductionMotorsasperIS

325 / IEC 60034 including In‐House Testing facility for the above motors during last seven (07) years as

reckonedfromthedateoftechnicalbidopeninghaving:

a) ExecutedOneaboveworkcostingnotlessthanRs.145.18Lakhsonly.

OR

b) ExecutedTwo aboveworks costingnotlessthan Rs.90.74 Lakhsonly

each.

OR

c) ExecutedThreeaboveworkscostingnotlessthanRs.72.59Lakhsonlyeach.

Thework"executedmeansthebiddershouldhaveachievedthecriterionspecifiedintheQR,evenifthe

total contract is not completed/closed. In case of contracts under execution as on date of techno

commercial bid opening, the value of work executed till date will be considered provided the same is

ifiedbytheemployer.

5.2 Financialcriteria:

(I) Theaverageannualturnoverofthebidderintheprecedingthree(3)financialyearsas

onthedateoftechno‐commercialbidopeningshallnotbelessthanRs.1.81Crore

[RupeesOneCroreeightyonelacsonly].

(II) Incasewhereauditedresultsforthelastfinancialyearasonth

edateofTechno

commercialbidopeningarenotavailable,thefinancialresultscertifiedbyapracticing

CharteredAccountantshallbeconsideredacceptable.Incase,Bidderisnotableto

submittheCertificatefrompracticingCharteredAccountantcertifyingitsfinancial

parameters,theauditedresultsofthreeconsecutivefinancialyearsprecedingthelast

nancialyearshallbeconsideredforevaluatingthefinancialparameters.Further,a

certificatewouldberequiredfromtheCEO/CFOaspertheformatenclosedinthe

biddingdocumentsstatingthatthefinancialresultsofthecompanyareunderauditas

onthedateoftechno‐commercialbidopeningan

dthecertificatefromthepracticing

charteredaccountantcertifyingthefinancialparametersisnotavailable.

6.0Notwithstandinganythingstatedabove,theEmployerreservestherighttoundertakea

physicalassessmentofcapacity&capabilitiesincludingfinancialcapacity&capabilityof

the bidder/his collaborator(s)/associate(s)/subsidiary(ies)/group company(ies) to

performthecontract,shouldthecircumstanceswarrantsuchassessmentintheoverall

interestoftheemployer.Thephysicalassessmentshallincludebutnotbelimitedtothe

assessme

nt of the office/facilities/banker’s/reference works by employer. A negative

determinationofsuchassessmentofcapacityandcapabilitiesmayresultinrejectionof

bid.
