5.0 Brief Scope of Work and other Specific details:
Repair, Service, Replacement of defective breakers and relay components of LT panels installed
at various locations at NTPC-PMI, Sector 16A, NOIDA. The work includes dismantling and
removal of existing defective components etc. and Supply, Installation, Testing &
Commissioning of materials as per Bill of Quantity, Repair, Service & retrofitting of the LT
panel comprising of L&T make ACB’s/SFU/isolator/accessories etc.
6.0 Downloading / Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that
bidder is considered qualified.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1 The bidder should be manufacturer of LT panels.
7.2 The bidder should have completed/ executed any one of the following works in preceding
seven (07) years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening, which includes
Manufacture & Supply or/and Repairing or/and Servicing or/and Retrofitting work, of LT
Panels installed in India:
a) One completed work having contract value not less than Rs.41,49,300.00.
Or
b) Two completed works having contract value not less than Rs.25,93,300.00 each.
Or
c) Three completed works having contract value not less than Rs.20,74,700.00 each.
The work "executed" means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR,
even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
In case of contracts under execution as on date of bid opening, the value of work completed
till the date of bid opening will be considered provided the value of executed work is certified
by the employer.
