3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline/online by the stipulated
bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if
applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.
4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of
the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New
Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For
logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by
submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not
allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly
filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.
5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 30 KW DC MICROGRID AT NTPC-NETRA
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding
documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
A Qualifying Requirements for Bid validation:
1.0 The bidder should have executed the work of installation of Grid connected solar PV system of capacity # 25 kWp in the
preceding seven (07) years as on the date of opening of techno-commercial proposal.
AND
2.0 The bidder should have executed / supervised execution of minimum 25 kWp Solar PV system integration with DG set or with
Battery Bank in the preceding seven (07) years as on the date of opening of techno-commercial proposal
AND
3.0 Bidder or its collaborator should be an MNRE enlisted manufacturer of either Off-Grid or Grid Tied or Hybrid Inverter.
AND
4.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding 03 financial years as on date of technical bid opening should not be
less than Rs 88.30 Lakhs (Rs Eighty-Eight Lakhs Thirty Thousands only)
Notes:
01. The bidder has to submit all the documentary support for the above requirement. However, the following conditions shall also be
considered as part of the QR:
a) The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in the QR even if the total contract has
started earlier and / or not completed / closed.
b) The bidder shall sign a Deed of Joint Agreement (DJA) with their collaborator (wherever applicable), who meets the Qualifying
Requirements as specified in point no 03 of QR. The bidder shall along with the bid, furnish an agreement as per the format given in
tender documents, in which Bidder and the collaborator are jointly and separately liable to the employer for successful performance of
the contract, failing which, the bidder shall be disqualified and its bid shall be rejected. Further, the collaborator shall be required to
submit an additional Bank Guarantee @ 5% of the contract price in case of award.
c) Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turnover.
d) In case where audited results for the last financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing
chartered accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In case, where bidder is not able to submit the certificate from a practicing
chartered accountant certifying the financial turnover, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last
financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further a certificate from CEO/ CFO would be required as
per the format enclosed in bidding documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on date of technical
bid opening and the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying the financial parameters is not turnover.
8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any
reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
