Part (A) QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT:
1. The bidder should be either a manufacturer of Zinc Sulphate/Sodium Chlorite/Phosphonobutane tricarboxylic
Acid (PBTC)/HydroxyEthylidine 1-1 Diphosphonic Acid (HEDP)/TER-Polymer Dispersant/Sodium Hypochlotite
Solution/Benzotriazole (BTA)/Non Oxidizing biocide solution/Bio-dispersant solution/Co-polymer Dispersant
OR
An authorised dealer/distributor/chanal partner of any of the manufacturers of any of the above chemical.
2. The Bidder should have successfully executed purchase orders for supply of above chemicalsduring last seven (07)
years ending last day of the month previous to the date of NITwith following executed value(s) of contract(s).
I. One executed/completed contracts of cost not less than Rs 136 lakh.
OR
II. Two executed/completed contracts of cost not less than Rs 85 lakh each.
OR
III. Three executed/completed contracts of cost not less than Rs 68 lakh each.
3. The Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last three (03) financial years ending with financial
year 2017-18 should not be less than Rs. 170 lakhs.
NOTE: The word executed means that the bidder should have achived the progress specified in the qualifying
Requirement even of the total contract is not completed / closed.

PART (B) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Eligible bidders may submit their bid as per following procedure:
Tender fee & EMD, if applicable to be submitted by the bidder separately.
The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of KantiBijleeUtpadan Nigam Ltd. payable at SBI, TPS,
Kanti Thermal, MuzaffarpurBihar (code 7033).
Complete bid to be submitted within prescribed time as indicated in bid document.
The General Purchase Condition of KBUNLwillbe the integral part of the tender document.
The documents are required to be submitted in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements, as
mentioned above apart from those Specified in Bid documents:
Documentary evidence in support of meeting the qualifying requirements stipulated above which inter alia
should include experience of execution of works as specified in QR with self-certified and stamped copies of
Work Orders/ Award Letters, certificate stating that the work order given in support of qualifying
requirements has been completed or completion certificate or proof of execution of awarded work.
Latest audited annual report, Proof of Turnover/Balance Sheet duly certified by practicing Chartered
Accountant.
Copy of valid PAN &GSTIN registration certificate.
Notwithstanding anything stated above, KBUNL reserves the right to assess the bidder’s capability and
capacity to perform the contract/order, should the circumstances warrant such an assessment in the
overall interest of KBUNL and the decision of KBUNL in this regard shall be final and binding.
