3.0 The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by NTPC after

completion of evaluation of Techno‐Commercial Proposal.



4.0AllthebidsmustbeaccompaniedbyTenderfee&BidSecurity.

ANY BID NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE TENDER FEE & BID SECURITY IN A

SEPARATESEALEDENVELOPE,SHALLBEREJECTEDBYNTPCASBEINGNON‐RESPONSIVE.



5.0 QualifyingRequirements(QR):‐

Thebidderswhowishto

participateinthebiddingshallsatisfactorilyestablishthattheyfulfil

thefollowingQualifyingRequirements.

5.1TechnicalCriteria:



5.1.1

1. The bidder should be a Manufacturer or authorises representative of manufacturer.

2. The bidder should have after sales services facility in India

3. The bidder should have supplied at least 02 set FC NRV valve Actuator Assembly in India



5.1.2

The Bidder should have executed the order for supply of FC NRV Valve actuator Assembly

during the preceding seven (7) years reckoned as on the date of techno commercial bid

opening. The executed value of such work should be as per the following criteria:

(i) Executed value not less than Rs. 14.06 Lakhs in a Single Contract

(ii) Executed value not less than Rs. 08.79 Lakhs in a two Contracts each

(iii) Executed value not less than Rs. 07.03 Lakhs in a three Contracts each



Note : The word "executed" means the bidders should have achieved the criterion

specified in the QR, even if the contract is not completed/closed. In case of

contract under executions as on date of techno commercial bid opening, the value

of work executed till such date will be considered provided the same is certified by

the employer.



5.2Financialcriteria:

The average annual turnover (ATO) of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years

as on the date of techno commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs 17.58 Lakhs

[Rupees Sevanteen lakhs & fifty eight Thousand Only].



In case where audited results for the last financial year as on date of techno commercial

bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing chartered

accountant shall be acceptable. In case bidders is not able to submit certificate from

practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of

three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial years shall be considered for

evaluating the financial parameters. Further a certificate would be required from the

CEO/CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial

results of the company are under audit as on date of techno commercial bid opening and

the certificate from the practicing charted account certifying the financial parameters is not

available.





Notes :

1. Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turnover.



a) SmallScaleIndustries registeredforsimilar work with the National SmallScale

Industries Corpn. shall be exempted from payment of tender cost / Earnest

MoneyDeposit.SSIunitsarealsoentitledforexemptionofEMD/TenderCost.

Such parties can sent the request for Tender Documents along with copy of



certificatesself‐attested.


