under audit as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening and the
Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying that financial
parameters is not available.
7.3 Note:
7.3.1 The word “executed” mentioned in clause 7.1 means that the bidder should
have achieved the criteria specified in clause 7.1 with ANY of the following
conditions:
Case-1: The work/order is started earlier (prior to the period stipulated in Clause-
7.1) but completed within the stipulated period as mentioned in clause 7.1. In such
cases, entire executed value of the relevant work vide that work order shall be
considered for evaluation.
Case-II: The work /order is started and completed within the stipulated period as
mentioned in clause 7.1. In such cases, entire executed value of the relevant work
vide that work order shall be considered for evaluation.
Case-III: The work/order is started within the stipulated period as mentioned in
clause 7.1 but not completed as on the last date of stipulated period. In such cases
“In progress” executed value of the relevant work vide that work order as on the
last date of stipulated period, shall be considered for evaluation.
Bidder must submit requisite credentials in support of having met the qualifying requirement. A
summary sheet of all documents need to be submitted along with the technical offer. Summary
Sheet should clearly describe the eligibility credentials. Credentials may include:
1. Purchase order/ work order copies.
2. Work Completion Certificate against purchase order/ Work Order Copies
a) In case of composite work/BOQ, the bidder shall have to furnish Certificate from
owner certifying the value of specific nature of work, as mentioned in clause 7.1.
b) Other incomes shall not be considered for arriving at the annual Turnover.
c) For order in foreign currency, the exchange rate as on the date of techno-
commercial bid opening shall be used
8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation for
Bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder /intending
bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
9.0 Prospective Bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN
number at the time of purchase of bidding documents from office of NTPC.
