1.0 NTPC Khargone invites tenders from eligible bidders for Hiring of 05 Nos Maruti Suzuki Dzire LDI AC Cars of
white colour at KhargoneSTPP through e-tendering without reverse auctioning as per the scope of work
briefly mentioned at para 4.0 below:

3.0 Qualifying Requirement Criteria for Hiring of 05 Nos Maruti Suzuki Dzire AC Cars of white colour at
Khargone STPP:
1.
The bidder should have ownership of at least one commercial vehicle/car.
Vehicle/Vehicles should be owned by the bidder (sole or joint or associates) or by the proprietor of the
bidder.

The bidder should have experience of deployment of at least one vehicle in any of the PSU or its joint
venture company/ Govt. or semi Govt. Department/ PSE/ SEB/ Private Limited Company/ Limited
Company during the last five years.
3.
The bidder should be an individual/ company/ firm or a registered society having a PAN No and GST
registration No. However, the small service providers who are exempted from GST may also submit
their bid certifying that they are exempted from GST.
4.0 Financial Criteria:
The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of
Techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs.13,72,800.00 (Thirteen Lacs Seventy Two
Thousand Eight Hundred only).
Note:
*While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered. *In case where audited
results for the last preceding financial year as on the date of Techno Commercial bid opening are not
available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered
acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant
certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding
the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate
would be required from the CEO/CFO/Proprietor/ Partners as per the format enclosed in the bidding
documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit as on the date of
TechnoCommercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant
certifying the financial parameters is not available.
5.0 Brief scope of work:
Hiring of 05 Nos Maruti Suzuki Dzire AC Cars of white colour at Khargone STPP. A Complete set of bidding
Document may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through NTPC e-procurement portal,
https://eprocurentpc.nic.in.
6.0 Tender documents are Nontransferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents are
downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose name the
tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.
7.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel /withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning
any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of
such action.
