6.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to undertake a
physical assessment of capacity & capabilities including financial capacity & capability of the
bidder/his collaborator(s)/associate(s)/ subsidiary (ies)/Group Company (ies) to perform the
contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the
employer. The physical assessment shall include but not be limited to the assessment of the
office/facilities/banker’s/reference works by employer. A negative determination of such
assessment of capacity and capabilities may result in rejection of bid.
7.0 Documents required for fulfilment of 'Qualifying requirements' with bidder self -
attestation and for submission of 'TECHNICAL BID':
a) Copy of 'Affidavit for proprietorship/partnership deed/Article of association including
changes if any’, Copy of PAN, Copy of GST.
b) Copies of Purchase order and corresponding Invoices/Receipted Challan/ Delivery
Challan/ LRRR/Final Inspection report/MDCC as a proof of having supplied the item.
c) Copy of Certificates to prove being a manufacturer for split type & tower type ACs Or
document to establish being a authorised dealer of manufacturer(s).
d) Audited Balance sheet / Certificate from Charted Accountant incorporating the turnover
details in the preceding 3 financial years.
8.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly
through NTPC e‐procurement portal, https://eprocurentpc.nic.in. For logging on to the e-
tender Site, the bidder would require user id and Password which can be created at our
portal and inform the same to concerned package co‐ordinator. Note: No hard copy of
Bidding Documents shall be issued
9.0 Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and
Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or
National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any
other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per MSMED
Act 2006,for goods produced and services rendered, shall be issued the bid documents free
of cost and shall be exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit. The benefit as above to
MSEs shall be available only for Goods/Services produced & provided by MSEs.
Tenderers seeking exemption from Tender Fee and Earnest Money should submit
attested/self-certified photocopy of valid Registration Certificate to the Package
Coordinator / DGM (C&M) in the envelope marked EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT.
10.0 First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least
three working days prior to Document Sale Close date and submit following details for
creation of vendor code:
i) Company/Firm registration,
ii) Copy of GST Registration, PAN no.,
iii) Valid email ID (Login id of GePNIC) , Contact No
iv) Address Proof
v) Cancel cheque & E.F.T (to be verified by bank)
