QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR DISMANTLING and ERECTION OF FUEL PIPELINE FOR GT.
Following qualifying requirements are to be incorporated in the NIT for the subject package:
a. The bidder should have done erection & commissioning work of LP piping work of minimum 150 mm
NB size catering to a working pressure of at least 15 Kg/cm2 at any Power Station or a Process Industry in
India.
b. The bidder should have successfully executed the work specified at 3(a) during last 7 years meeting
any one of the following criteria as on the bid opening date:
Single Order of Rs 12.00 Lakh
OR
Two Orders of Rs. 7.50 Lakh each
OR
Three Orders of Rs. 6.00 Lakh each
The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three financial years i.e. 2015-16, 2016-17 &
2017- 18 shall not be less than Rs. 15 lakh.
The bidder has to submit all the documentary support for above requirement.
However the following conditions shall also be considered as a part of QR:
The word ‘executed’ means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR
even if the total contract is not completed/ closed.
Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turnover.
In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial
statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is
not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the
audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for
evaluating the financial parameters.
NTPC has right to access the capability & capacity of the bidder for executing the said work
Bidder has to submit all documentary evidence in support of the above requirements.
The tenders shall be called on two part single stage bidding basis. Envelope one containing EMD, QR
documents, technical bid and commercial terms & conditions excluding price bid, shall be opened on
due date of opening. Envelope two containing only price bid shall be opened at a later date which will
be informed to such vendors who meet QR and technical specifications.
