The brief scope of work is as under:-
The scope of work under this package includes “Carrying out the works related
to removal of rocky nose portion & remaining concrete wall located at D/S left
bank corner of the plunge pool and removal of material form the river” as per
BOQ items and Terms & Conditions of Tender Documents.
4.0 Tender Fee and EMD/Bid Security shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately
offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given
below.
ANY BID NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE TENDER FEE AND EMD/BID
SECURITY IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SHALL BE REJECTED BY THE
EMPLOYER AS BEING NON-RESPONSIVE AND RETURNED TO THE BIDDER
WITHOUT BEING OPENED.
5.0 Qualification Requirements for Bidders.
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS (QR)
a. The bidder should have a separate valid P.F. Registration with Regional
Provident Fund Commissioner, PAN Number and GST registration
number.
b. The average annual turnover of the bidder in the three (03) financial
years 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18 shall not be less than INR 166
Lacs.
c. In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of
Techno-Commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results
certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered
acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from
practicing Chartered Accountant, certifying its financial parameters, the
audited result of three consecutive financial years preceding the last
financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
d. The bidder should have successfully completed/executed any of the
following works during the last 07 (seven) years reckoned from the date
of bid opening :
• One similar completed/executed work costing not less that INR 133
Lacs.
OR
• Two similar completed/executed works each costing not less than
INR 83 Lacs.
OR
• Three similar completed/executed works each costing not less than
INR 66.5 Lacs.
Similar works means
“Any civil engineering works including excavation)”.
6.0 Additional information:-The following information is required from the contractor about
the companies where similar orders have been executed.
i) Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed.
ii) Year of execution
iii) Name & designation (Phone No. / Fax No. /Email ID) of contact person of the
customer.
7.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the NTPC reserves the right to assess the
capabilities and capacity to perform the contract.
