QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR PROCUREMENT OF CCTV CAMERAS,

STORAGE SERVER, ETC. AT FARIDABAD GAS POWER STATION

1.0 The bidder should have successfully executed the work of supply and Installation &

Commissioning of CCTV System having minimum 6 nos. of IP based CCTV

Cameras in any PSU/Govt./Quasi Govt./Public Limited Company as per the

followings during the last seven(07) years reckoned as on date of Technical Bid

Opening.

Three similar works each valuing not less than Rs. 8.03 lacs.

Two similar works each valuing not less than Rs. 10.03 lacs.

One similar work valuing not less than Rs. 16.05 lacs.

2.0 The average annual turnover of the Bidder during last Three (3) financial years

ending on 31st March-2018, should not be less than INR 20.07 Lakhs.

3.0 Bidder should have a valid PAN from IT Department. The bidder should have valid

GST Registration.

Note:-

 The work executed mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved

the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and /or is

not completed /closed.

 In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of

opening of Techno-Commercial proposal as certified by the Client shall be

considered.

 Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

 In cases where audited results (Balance Sheet & P&L Account/ITR) for the last

preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements

from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In

case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered

accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three

consecutive financial years preceeding the last financial year shall be

considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

 Bidder has to submit all documentary evidence in support of the above

requirements.

 NTPC has the right to assess capability & capacity of the bidder.
