IV. Qualifying Requirement:

(Bidders are required to furnish the details of the past experience like authentic Work Orders/Purchase Orders/Letter of

Awards/Contract Agreements, client certificates, completion certificate, Turnover of preceding three financial years etc. in support of

meeting the Qualifying Requirements based on which selection is to be made as per format at Attachment 3. of Sec. VII)

Qualifying requirement is mentioned below:

Technical Requirement:

a) The bidder should have executed internal / external electrification work of buildings or industrial / commercial

/ residential complexes.

b) The bidder should have valid electrical license relevant to the nature of work specified in the tender.

c) The bidder should have executed work similar to para (a) above during last seven years ending last day of

the month previous to one in which techno-commercial bid opening was originally scheduled as any of the

following :

i) One similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 217.00 Lacs.

ii) Two similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 135.71 Lacs.

iii) Three similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 108.57 Lacs.

The work “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if

total contract is not completed / closed.

Financial Criteria:

a) The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three preceding completed

financial years, as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than

Rs.135.71 lacs.

b) In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno

commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing

Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to

submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial

parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last

financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

V. NTPC reserves the right to reject the bid or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case bidder/intending bidder shall have

no claim arising out of such action.
