1.3Incaseofordersunderexecution,thevalueofworkexecutedtillthedateof

bidopeningascertifiedbytheEmployershallbeconsidered.However,“System

Development, Software Implementation and System Integration” comprising

FinancialCriteria:

7.2Theaverageannualturnoverofthebidderintheprecedingthree(03)financial

yearsasonthedateofTechno‐Commercialbidopening,shouldnotbelessthan

Rs.2.67Crore(RupeesTwoCroresSixtySevenLakhonly).

2.1Whilecomputingtheturnoverotherincomeshallnotbeconsidered.



2.2Incaseswhereauditedresultsforthelastfinancialyearas onthe date of

Techno‐commercialbidopeningarenotavailable,thefinancialresultscertified

by practicing chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case,

BidderisnotabletosubmittheCertificatefrompracticingCharteredAccountant

certifyingitsfinancialparameters,theauditedresultsofthree consecutive

financialyearsprecedingthelastfinancialyearshallbeconsideredforevaluating

thefinancialparameters.

Further,aCertificatewouldberequiredfromtheCEO/CFOasper the format

enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the Financial results of the

CompanyareunderauditasonthedateofTechno‐commercialbidopeningand

theCertificatefromthepracticingCharteredAccountantcertifyingthefinancial

parametersisnotavailable.

8.0 IssuanceofBiddingDocumentstoanybiddershallnotconstruethatbidderis

consideredqualified.

9.0 NTPCreservestherighttorejectanyorallbidsorcancel/withdrawtheNITforthe

subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no

bidder/intendingbiddershallhaveanyclaimarisingoutofsuchaction.
