QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
1.0 The bidder should have executed/ completed similar works during last seven (7) years
ending last day of month previous to the date of NIT with following executed value (s) of
contract (s)
(a) Three executed/completed contracts, of cost not less than Rs. 29.00 lakh each.
OR
(b) Two executed/ completed contracts, of cost not less than Rs. 36.26 lakh each.
OR
(c) One executed/ completed contract, of cost not less than Rs. 58.00 lakh.
Similar work means: Fabrication and erection of structural steel work in any Industry.
The work executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in
the Qualifying requirement even if the total contract is not completed/ closed.

2.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding completed three (3) financial
years ending with financial year 2017-18 should not be less than Rs. 72.51 lakh.
3.0 The tenders shall be called on two part single stage bidding basis. Envelope
containing EMD, QR documents, technical bid and commercial terms & conditions
excluding price bid, shall be opened on due date of opening. Envelope containing
only price bid shall be opened at a later date which will be informed to such vendors
who meet QR and technical specifications.
NOTE:-
a. Other income shall not be considered for arriving of annual turn over.
b. Bidder has to submit all documentary evidence in support of the above requirements as
attachment online.
