EQUIREMENTS
: -
In addition to satisfactory fulfillment of the Qualifying requirements stipulated in section ITB (instruction
to bidders) of bid documents, the bidder should also
satisfactorily establish that they fulfill
the Qualifying
requirements stipulated hereunder:
4.1 TECHNICAL CRITERIA :-
The bidder must have executed works of operation and / or maintenance of Dozers / Wheel Loaders / Light
Vehicles Heavy Vehicles or any other Heavy Equipments (Such as Stacker-reclaimer, crusher, mill gear box, ID/FD
Fans, Clinker Grinder, Air Pre-heater, Boiler Feed Pump etc.) at any industrial organization / utility with work
orders having value not less than the followings during the last seven(7) years reckoned as on the date of original
bid opening with :-
a) Value not less than Rs.73.29 Lakhs in a single work order
OR
b) Value not less than Rs.45.81 Lakhs in two work orders each
OR
c) Value not less than Rs.36.65 Lakhs in three work orders each
Note :-
Documentary evidence like executed PO copies, proof of execution of order, copies of MB (Bills/receipts) etc shall
be submitted by bidder.
In case of composite contracts, the bidder has to give the break up of composite PO Value. Bidder must submit
NSIC/SSI/MSE registration certificate, if applicable.
The word “executed” means the bidder should have successfully completed the criteria as specified above in the
QR even if total contract is not completed / closed.
4.2 FINANCIAL CRITERIA: -

4.2.1 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of original bid
opening, shall not be less than INR 91.61 Lakhs (Rupees
Ninety One Lakhs Sixty One Thousand
only)
4.2.2 In case, where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of original bid opening are not available, the
financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered
acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its
financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall
be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFO as
per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the financial results of the Company are under audit
as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant
certifying the financial parameters is not available.
Note : (i) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
5.0 Additional Information:-
The following information’s are also required from the bidders about the companies where contract orders
have been executed.
1) Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed.
2) Year of execution.
3) Name & Designation (Phone No., Fax No., Email ID) of contact person of the customer.
