5.0 The Bidder would be required to register in the website. First time users are
requiredtoregisterthemselvesonNTPCtenderwebsiteafterfilling up the
requireddetails.Userswhoseemailaddresshasnotbeenlinkedtoavendorcode
allottedbyNTPC/firsttimeusersnotallottedanyvendorcodebyNTPC,should
sendacopyoftheregistrationdetails,aftercompletingtheirregistrationonthe
etender portal, to the e‐mail address specified in this NIT under Address for
Communication with following details at least three working days prior to
TechnicalOpeningDate:

7.0 QualifyingRequirementsforBidders:
7.1 Thebiddershouldhaveexecutedanyoneofthefollowing‘similar’worksinIndia
in preceding seven years as on the date of opening of Techno‐commercial
proposal:

Computerperipherals/NetworkingequipmentorFMS/HelpdeskServices/
AMC which includes PC/ Laptop/ Computer peripherals/ Networking
equipment/DataCenter.
7.1.4Theword‘value’meansbasicvalueoftheworkexecutedexcludingtaxes
&duties.Incaseswherevalueworkexecutediscomposite(i.e.including
taxesetc.),the bidderhas togivebreak‐up ofcomposite executed value
mentioningbasicvalue,taxesetc..
7.2 Theaverageannualturnoverofthebidderintheprecedingthree(03) financial
yearsasonthedateofTechno‐Commercialbidopeningshouldnotbelessthan
Rs.11.76lakh(RupeesElevenlakhseventysixthousandonly).

7.2.1Whilecomputingtheturnoverotherincomeshallnotbeconsidered.
7.2.2Incaseswhereauditedresultsforthelastfinancialyearasonthedateof
Techno‐commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results
certifiedbypracticingcharteredAccountantshallbeconsideredacceptable.
Incase,BidderisnotabletosubmittheCertificatefrompracticingChartered
Accountantcertifyingitsfinancialparameters,theauditedresultsofthree
consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be
consideredforevaluatingthefinancialparameters.
Further,aCertificatewouldberequiredfromtheCEO/CFOaspertheformat
enclosedinthebiddingdocumentsstatingthattheFinancialresultsofthe
CompanyareunderauditasonthedateofTechno‐commercialbidopening
andtheCertificatefromthepracticingCharteredAccountantcertifyingthe
financialparametersisnotavailable.
8.0 IssuanceofBiddingDocumentstoanybiddershallnotconstruethatbidderis
consideredqualified.
9.0 NTPCreservestherighttorejectanyorallbidsorcancel/withdrawtheNITforthe
subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in suchcaseno
bidder/intendingbiddershallhaveanyclaimarisingoutofsuchaction.
