NOTE: DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS, INTENT OF WORK, SCOPE OF SUPPLY, BILL

OF QUANTITY ARE MENTIONED IN TENDER

1.0 Qualifying Requirements: -

1. The bidder should be the original equipment manufacturer of in line magnetic

separators (ILMS) & suspended Magnets (SM) or their authorized

representative.

2. The average annual turnover of the bidder in preceding three (3) financial

years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 111.36 Lakhs.

3. The bidder or their authorized representative should have supplied ILMS &

SM during the last seven (7) years as on bid opening date with following

executed value(s)-

a) Single order of value not less than Rs. 89.09 Lakhs

b) Two order each of value not less than Rs. 55.68 Lakhs

c) Three orders each of value not less than Rs. 44.54 Lakhs

NOTE

1. Bid opening date refers to the first scheduled techno commercial bid opening

date.

2. The word “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved the

progress specified in the QR even if total contract is not completed/closed.

3. In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of

Techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results

certified by a practicing chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three

consecutive financial years upto last financial year shall be considered for

evaluating the financial parameters.

4. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

2.0 General Requirements for above NIT:

2.1 This is a single stage two envelop open tender published and to be quoted

on GePNIC portal.

2.2 The soft copies of the following documents are to be submitted along with

the offer: -

(a) Purchase Order/ Award Letter copy with awarded value and executed

quantity, scope of work and bill of quantity with rates. The proof of

executed quantity shall be furnished by the bidders in form of MDCC/

Inspection Reports/Tax invoices/ Challans/GRs/Certificate of Purchaser.

(b) The proof of turnover to be furnished by the bidders should be duly

certified by the Chartered Accountant for subject years or alternatively

Audited Balance sheet may be furnished.
