As per provisions of Bidding Documents, the Bidders shall submit “Techno-
Commercial Proposal” and “Price Proposal” online
(https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app), within the bid submission date and time
as mentioned above. Only Techno-Commercial proposals will be opened on the date
and timed mentioned above.

IV. All bids must be accompanied by Tender Fees (Cost of Bidding Documents) and Bid
Security (EMD). Bid Security and Tender Fees shall be submitted in a sealed
envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at
the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Tender Fees (Cost of
Bidding Documents) and Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive and shall
not be opened.
V. Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Technical Criteria:
a) The bidder should have executed the Civil Construction/ Civil Maintenance work.
The work should include Brick Work and/or ‘Plastering & Painting Work’.
b) The bidder should have executed similar work as per para a) above during last 7
years ending last day of the month previous to one in which techno-commercial
bids are opened as any of the following:
i). One similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 101.00 lacs.
OR
ii). Two similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 63.00 lacs each.
OR
iii). Three similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 50.50 lacs each.
The word ‘executed’ means that the bidder should have achieved the progress
specified in the QR even if total contract is not completed / closed.
Financial Criteria:
a) The average turnover of the bidder during the preceding three financial years as on
the date of bid opening should not be less than Rs. 126.00 lakhs.
b) In cases where audited results for the last financial year on the date of Techno
commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a
practicing Charted Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not
able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its
financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years
preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters.
VII. NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the
subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no
bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of suchaction.
