The bidders are requested to send Tender Fee and EMD OR

(Micro & Small Enterprises) registered with NSIC/DIC (District
Industries Centre) / Udyog Aadhar to get exemption, in sealed
envelopes well in advance so as to be received by the respective
officer before the scheduled date of submission of bids as
described in the time schedule in notice inviting tender, failing
which bid is liable for rejection.

3.0 Qualifying Requirements:
1) Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of
bid opening should not be less than Rs. 123.24 Lacs.
2) The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed Purchase order for supply of
Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in
which applications are invited should be either of the following:
1. Three orders of value not less than Rs. 49.3 Lacs each.
2. Two orders of value not less than Rs. 61.62 lacs each.
3. Single order value not less than Rs 98.59 lacs each
3) Bidder should be Manufacturer or Distributer Authorized by Manufacturer of Horizontal Centrifugal
Pumps. Dealer should be specifically authorized by the manufacturer for participating in this bid. Each
Manufacturer shall submit only one bid either directly or through their Authorized dealer.
Notes:
1) . The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR
even if the total contract is not completed / closed.
2). Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
3). In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on date of techno commercial bid
opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be
considered acceptable. In case, bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing chartered
accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial year
preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
Further, a certificate would be required from the CEO / CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding
documents stating that the financial results of the company are under audit as on date of the techno
commercial bid opening and the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying the
financial parameters is not available.
4.0 Brief scope of Supply:
Supply of DM Transfer Pump, Degassed Water Pump, Filter Water Pump, Effluent Pump, Station
Potable Pump and Clarifier pump as per complete specification mentioned in Technical Data Sheet of
Technical Specification.
Bidders are requested to refer detailed technical specification in our tender documents .In case of
any contradiction between short text of item(s) and complete technical specification of the item(s),
ONLY COMPLETE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF THAT ITEM SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR THE
SUBMISSION OF OFFER AND SAME SHALL BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION PURPOSE AT OUR END."
5.0 A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested bidder directly
through our NTPC e-procurement portal https://eprocurentpc.nic.in
6.0 Tender documents are non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents
are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose
name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.
7.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered
qualified.
8.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall
have any claim arising out of such action.
9.0 First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three
working days prior to document sale close date.
