QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINS IN PLANT AREA AT NTPC FARIDABAD
Bidder should meet the QR stipulated here under:
1. The Bidder in the last Seven (7) years prior to bid opening (bid opening date) must have
executed Civil Works, meeting either of the following:-
Three works each having contract value not less than Rs. 14.64 Lakh
OR
Two works each having contract value not less than Rs. 18.30 Lakh
OR
Single work having contract value not less than Rs.29.28 Lakh
2. The average annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years shall not be less
than Rs.36.60 Lakh.
3. The agency shall have a valid PAN No., PF Code & GST registration at the time of Bid
Opening.
NOTE: The relevant documents such as LOA, proof of execution of work etc. shall be submitted
along with the bid. All claims need to be supported by documentary evidence and necessary
contact details incl. names, telephone No. and e- mail IDs of the customers.
Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at the annual turnover.
The word 'executed' means, as on BOD the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in
the above QR even if the contract is not completed/ closed.
A work completed in the preceding seven (7) years reckoned as on date of techno- commercial
bid opening, even if it has been started earlier, will also be considered as meeting the QR.
In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification
of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered
acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered
accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial
years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters.
NTPC has the right to assess capability & capacity of the bidder.
