Cost of Bid Document/Tender fee: Rs.4000/- (INR Four Thousand only).

Online Bidding document Sale Start Date : 22.11.2018

Online Bid submission closing date & Time : 11.12.2018 up to 11:00 Hrs. (IST)

Technical Bid (Envelope-I) Opening Date & Time : 14.12.2018 at 11:30 Hrs. (IST)

The date of opening of Envelope-II (Price Bids) : Shall be informed separately by NTPC .

All bids must be accompanied by EMD/Bid security for an amount of Rs.10,00,000/-(Indian Rupees

Ten Lac only) in the form of DD/BG or as stipulated in bidding documents.

For purchase / downloading of tender documents - The prospective bidders in order to able to

download the bidding documents shall be required to register themselves with the NIC website

https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app which shall be a onetime process.

A complete set of bidding / tender documents may be downloaded by any interested bidder on

registration at website https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app. However, for submission of online

bids, making of tender fee payment (non-refundable) towards cost of the bidding documents in the

form of DD. The downloaded tender documents can be used for subject bidding purpose.
