Note: Bidders are advised to download the Bid Documents well in advance, as no
clarification shall be permitted after clarification end date.
4. Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope
separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address
given below.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder
Bidder from our NIC Portal (https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app). Tender fee (non-
refundable) of requisite value is to be paid in a separate envelope up to the time of Bid
Submission closing Date in the form of Pay order / demand draft / Bankers cheque in
favour of NTPC Limited, from any of Nationalized or Scheduled Bank, payable at
Vindhyanagr/ Singrauli/ Waidhan of MP of the cost of the documents. For logging on to
the GePNIC Site, the bidder would require user id and password, which can be obtained
by enrolling at GePNIC site. First time users not allotted any vendor code are advise to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document download/Sale Close date
along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code .

6. Qualifying Requirements:
1.The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as
on the date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 48.2 Lakhs.
2. The bidder should have executed the work(s) of “ Operation & Maintenance OR
Operation OR Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery “ in a thermal power plant or
in coal mines during the last seven (7) years as on bid opening date with following
executed value(s) –
a. Single order of value not less than Rs. 38.56 Lakhs.
OR
b. Two orders each of value not less than Rs 24.1 Lakhs.
OR
c. Three orders each of value not less than Rs. 19.28 lakhs.
Note
1. Bid opening date refers to the first scheduled techno commercial bid opening date.
2. The word “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified
in the QR even if total contract is not completed / closed.
3. In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno
Commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing
Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit
the Certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters,
the audited results of three consecutive financial years up to last financial year shall be
considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
4. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

7. Clarification on bidding documents:
Any queries/clarification may be asked by bidder in GePNIC portal only and no email queries/
clarifications will be entertained.
The queries will be answered by NTPC and posted in the GePNIC Portal. The bidders can view all
queries and all answers once they are posted in the GePNIC Portal.
Note: Bidders are advised to download the Bid Documents well in advance as NO
CLARIFICATION SHALL BE PERMITTED AFTER CLARIFICATION END DATE
